DH67BL mobo- 5770 Radeon - not detecting

Put card in PCI-E x16 slot, firmly in hear it clicked,
put 6 pin from power supply to the card
powered up fan works,
no detection.

went in computer with mobo graphics card, device manager I only see the mobo's graphic card not the one on the slot.

Disabled onboard graphic's turned on computer hear beep beep beep beep
long one's

jumped bio's back to square one,

need an idea what to do next, either slot dead/card dead or is it nmmy windows 7?

my powersupply is 600W
:😛s can't test the card on another computer and no extra card 🙁 but parts are new.

please help.
