DFS (distributed file system) setup not working

Hi, I am trying to use DFS (distributed file system) between a windows 2003 small business server with sp1 and a second server running windows 2003 server standard R2. However it is not working properly, biggest problem is that the files are not replicating to the backup server which is the R2, even though i configured it.. 🙁 The SBS is the main server (called server2k3); I setup DFS with the root as the domainname\QDRIVEDATA. The actual share it goes to is \\server2k3\Q. As for the backup server, I have that as \\backup\QDRIVEDATA. Where do I look to figure out why its not replicating, I set it to do so. When I access domainname\qdrivedata its either showing nothing, or if it shows data, its read only. no errors relevent to DFS seemed to be in the event manager of the server2k3. I am lost on getting it to work.

The directions I from this website below

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
