DFI + X-Fi?

Anyone have any problems running a a X-Fi, and in this case a X-Fi XtremeGamer, with the AM2 DFI Nforce4 Ultra II-M2?

And even if you havent had any problems with the combo, please tell me that as well!

Used a CL Audigy2 in a DFI NF4 s939 board, and due to IRQ sharing, everytime my SCSI drives were reading/writing, the sound would static in the background, so using the on-board sound and no issues.
