DFI vs. Asus?

Well, I just saw the thread in for sale/trade about the DFI nforce2 mobo. How does this compare with the Asus A7N8X Deluxe 2.0? The Asus is about $125, and the DFI about $170 from SVC. However, I can get the DFI fairly cheap, because they are right here in NJ, and my mother works with them. If they're both the same price, which one is better? I'm going to be running an overclocked Barton 2500+, hopefully OC'd to at least 3200+. This will be my first attempt at building and OC'ing a computer.
