DFI UT Nforce3 250gb start up beep

hello,
i've recently changed mboards from asus k8v se dlx to the DFI UT Nforce3 250gb. When i first booted up i heard a brief start up beep i checked everything so it was plugged in an still no change. I tryed different memory,cpu and video card and it was still there. If anyone has a DFi mboard can you tell me if you experiance the beep also? The pc is working fine and it boots up even with the beep, so im not sure if its trying to tell me something or is it just a start up beep? Can anyone tell me if this is normal and anyway for me to turn it off annoying this off?

Note: with the asus board i never experianced a start up beep unless an error came up.

I find it a bit irritating too, but it's been on every board I've ever owned. If your system is working well enough see if you can totally disable system speaker. You really only need it for troubleshooting anyways so only plug it in when you need to.
