dfi sli-dr problems

i recently bought a nf4 sli-dr and am woundering why it crashs right after it loads windows it crashes then no matter what the over clock or voltage but doesnt when not overclocked. might i need to flash to a newer bios?
i know the chip cooler and ram can do 300 htt ive done it on other boards without a problem

ocz el plat rev 2 tccd
venice 3000+
zalman 7700cu
enermax 535 psu
