DFI or MSI?

ok so im going for either a DFI nF4-DAGF or a MSI K8N Neo Platinum for my next computer. dont worry about the price cuz they both fit in my budget, but which one is more stable and worth the money?
 
DFI is more advanced and harder to work with because there are so many options. MSI is easier to work with but still a good board, although alot of ppl may say get asus over MSI. I have no problems with my MSI Neo4 Plat. They are all great boards though.
