This board only has 2 standard PCI slots on it. I have 3 PCI devices I need to use (Wireless card, tv tuner card, and sound card) Is it possible to use the second PCIe slot for my sound card or other devices?
 
i dont think so. PCI-E only works with PCI-E cards, so basically, its a no-no for regular PCI ones...bummer i know, its one of the reasons why im kinda skeptical of not upgrading to the newer mobos...
 
Depending on your sound card, you may want to stick with the onboard, the Karajackinwhatchamacalit is actually pretty decent. Aside from being hard to spell.
