To start off I have read:
http://forums.anandtech.com/me...=2057083&enterthread=y

and
http://www.anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx?i=3129&p=7

The first article suggests running the ram 1:1 w/ the FSB, the 2nd suggests the 266/667 and 333/800 straps, I'm currently running 1:1 (333/667). Adjusting the GTL's hasnt been very sucessful for me, only two of my '30min's 4xPrime95 stable' settings has had GTL values (vice GTL disabled (ie 110 for all 3 values).

I'll try to give as much info here as possible w/o making this too long. If someone can get me more on the right path, I would be very grateful. Here are the stable settings I've achived (30min's stable is my goal right now, not 12hrs, that will come later)

1.33Vcore, 366x9=3294MHz, 2.12Vddr, 1.53Vnb, 1.60Vvtt, GTL 115,115,117

1.375Vcore, 377x9=3393MHz, 2.11Vddr, 1.53Vnb, 1.60Vvtt, GTL disabled
1.392Vcore SmartGuardian (SG) under load
49Ccore/55Cpwm/43Cnb

1.425Vcore, 386x9=3.475GHz, 2.15Vddr, 1.45Vnb, 1.33Vvtt, GTL 90,100,100
[1.435Vcore, 2.06Vddr, 1.31Vvtt]SG values under load

And here is some values that make me thing im doing this like a clueless tard (ie, using way too much voltage to achieve stability rather then the finess this board allows):
2nd link (AT review) suggests 1.37-1.43Vcore for 450FSB (450x8=3.6GHz)
8x465=3.722GHz 1.4375Vcore 1.65Vnb
450x8=3.6GHz 1.39Vcore 1.61Vnb 1.6Vvtt

My cooling: I have a TT Kandalf w/ stock pump/res/radiator right now. Which i thought was quite bad but after some reading, its not really all that bad, but I've already got new swiftech stuff en route, but until then this is what I got:
P500 pump (or whatever), 3/8" ID tubing, Apogee GTX, MCW30 chipset cooler, MCW60(8800GT, but all its doing this whole time is idleing, so not a factor). I have an Antec SpotCool on my PWM passive cooler and another on my RAM (which is F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16820231145. I've used memtest86+ to verify its good up to 1100MHz) but I also have some OCZ2P8004GK (http://www.newegg.com/Product/...?Item=N82E16820227248) around as well, if anyone thinks I should be using those instead, please advise. I only got the OCZ up to 1000MHz in memtest86+ and I've read enough to convince me that RAM latency (CL) is not an issue (unless 1-2% real world performance increase means anything to me, which it doesn't).
Well at this point I'm just babbling, so I turn to you now for your direction.

I don't know that board, but the problems all noobs have with DFI boards concerns the RAM. They always set the subtimings too tight, unless manually overridden. BTW, have you already updated the BIOS?

I did update the BIOS to 9/13 (but thank you for the tip). Alrighty so with my RAM I'll need to manually set my timings (esp sub timings) to be more relaxed. Thank you for the advice.
===edit===
I did that and met w/ some sucess. I've encountered this problem (that I'm about to describe in a sec) before but at lower freq.'s so now that im at 3.6GHz, I'm looking for more direction.
My current problem is that I'll be running SuperPI 25.5 for hrs, then it'll reboot itself, no indication of any error (but obviously, there was a big one). So if anyone has encountered this type of problem and can give me new direction that would be greatly appreciated.
One thing I didn't mention is my PSU. I have a TT Toughpower 750W, not a cream of the crop PSU, but still not too bad from what little I've read.
