DFI Lanparty + Newcastle 754 3000+

Pros:
10x multiplier
DFI board seems to FSB overclock very well
nforce3 chipset

Cons:
Only three DIMM slots
Newcastle chips overclocks usually max out earlier than Winchesters

ABIT AV8 + Winchester 939 3000+

Pros:
4 DIMM slots
Winchesters generally overclock better than newcastles, from what I have seen

Cons:
9x multiplier
User opinions on the overclockability seem to be mixed...Some say its great and while others say it is flaky
VIA chipset (I don't really care chipsets that anyway, as long as it is overclocking friendly)

Is there other alternatives? BTW I won't touch any MSI product period.

Opinions please?

DFI easy. The Abit has high probability of not even hitting 250 FSB which means your chip won't come close to maxing out.

Add the fact DFI is one of the best mobos ever made, hardy any difference between dual channel and single channel mem I wish I done this..

Alternativly, wait one month. DFI is coming with 7 new skt 939 mobos. 5 are PCIe, 2 are AGP... They will be the bomb.

I will throw my epox in the trash when they get here.
