Monarch has the DFI Lan party UT nF4 mobo for $59.99 + shipping.
This is not a new mobo, looks like refurb, but it comes with everything and is under warranty.
This mobo can be modded to SLI and SATA II! Should be a great deal for modders...

LINK

*EDIT* This is a refurb so it doesn't come with any accessories. Great for a back up board.. :)

I'm using a S12 600w Seasonic and I have an Ultra-D. I've heard that Seasonic fixed their issues with DFI boards. You can RMA the PSU back and they will make the necessary changes or get you a new PSU with the fixes... :)

Oh, I think I might have one of the older versions, and I really don't want to go a couple weeks without a computer :p

Anyone know how Monarch is when it comes to their "refurb" mobos? Planning to pick one up, but don't want any DOA trouble.

True, but it's very much a hassle just to ship it back and forth. That's the real reason I'm hesitant. But I suppose for $60, I can't complain much. BTW, anyone know what the difference is between this Lanparty and some of the other models?

If you modd it for SLI and SATAII then tehre is no warranty correct ?

Modding it does void the warranty.

The mod could probably be easily undone with a little rubbing alcohol assuming it is related to the pencil method, although would be unethical.

also newer boards have the moddable bridges covered in epoxy to prevent "easy" modding. (Mine was like this...)
You need a sharp exacto knife or anything sharp to scrape off the epoxy, expose the bridges, then use a pencil or conductive pen. (I have a conductive pen...)
It makes it a bit harder to mod, but still worth it.

To isekii, I didn't see the "no accessories"... you are right, it does make it a bit of a pain without the i/o plate and other accessories... :(

DFI will sell you I/O brackets for $1, the only problem is $8 for shipping, so really its $9. If someone wanted to get them in bulk though they wouldn't raise the shipping for more then one.

Newegg's refurbs also state "no accessories" but they usually come with everything a retail board would.

Its a gamble.
