DFI LANParty UT nf3-250Gb - Forced DDR333

Could someone explain the implications of the following statement found in the DFI LANParty UT nf3-250Gb manual:

Note:
If you are installing more than one double rank DDR400, the maximum DRAM speed will automatically be limited to the speed of a DDR333. However, the BIOS provides the option of manually adjusting the speed to DDR400 by selecting "200" in the "DRAM Frequency Set (Mhz)" field (Genie BIOS Setting submenu, DRAM Configuration section) of the BIOS.

I was planning on getting one of these boards with a pair of 512MB DDR400 DIMMS. Does this mean its only worth getting DDR333 memory or will manually setting the frequency back to 200 MHz be ok?

DDR400 if you are wanting to OC it will help if not just go with DDR333
