The dfi's voltages are really totally overrated - you dont need those voltages with a winchester CPU, and if you REALLY need higher voltages on the dimms you always can get a OCZ booster. In my case i have a 3500+ winchester and OCZ rev2 and even with serious overclocking i think i will be totally fine with the MSI board.
(Lets exclude the ASUS there since we all know the Asus is not a good overclocker)
I could very well opt for the dfi ultra instead (i am not interested in SLI since i am getting a X850XT PE

)....but i dont see anything excting what the dfi would have what the MSI doesn't have.
And...dont laugh...in my opinion the dfi board is VERY ugly...i cant stand the yellow socket ans slots...and the yellow cables etc....its the ugliest board ever

And the packaging for it looks like its made for 12 year old kiddies
I really cant see someone prefering the "look" of this board with the yellow slots over eg. the black MSI board.
Ok..i know its retarded to compare the "looks" of motherboards - but as said i really dont see a reason to switch to the dfi instead of the MSI.
