DFI Lanparty NF3 UT voltage readings? Low?

My DFI mother board is reporting that my voltage to my cpu is only at 1.48 ~ 1.51 volts. Is this normal?

My rig is as follows:
A64 3000 Newcastle
DFI Lanparty UT 250
Radeon 9800 Pro
1 Gig 2 x 512 sticks of pny 3500 DDR
2x 80 gig IDE drives
1x DVDRW
1x CDRom
PSU 430Watt Antec True Power

Your not going anywhere

Mine reads pretty much the same as yours, 1.48 at idle and jumps up to 1.5 -1.51 under a load
