DFI Infinity ultra booting problems?

Just got this board and I havent been able to boot into windows at all. I can go into bios and change everything but still no go. I reformatted and switched out every component and still nothing, Im at a lost and I dont want to rma if I dont have to. The specific spot that the board gets up to is right before windows xp logo is suppose to show up, just says BOOT DISK ERROR. Ive tried the harddrive on another mobo and it works good. I dont know what else to try, anyone ever experiance this?
 
no raid. I should have posted my specs. My main rig consist of 3800 x2 manchester, 2x512mb pc4000 kingston ram and a evga 7800gt. I swapped my stuff for a 165 opteron, 1gb stick of gskill and different ide harddrives and still no dice.
