DFI boots onfly after clearing cmos

Hello, ive installed 2x1 Gskill F13200PHU2 with the older OCZ 2x512 GOLD ELDDR400 in my DFI LANPARTY UT NF4 ULTRA-D. The point is that it boots only after clearing the cmos. If I enter to the bios and do no changes, the boot lights stops in the 2nd, as far as I know the one related with the rams. The latest bios is installed.

What could be the solutions?

If the specified timings, speeds, or voltage requirements differ, you may run into compatibility problems like this, especially if you're overclocking.

Thanks, but Im not overclocking running it in stock and the latencies seted to the slowest(2-3-2-5 vs 2-2-2-5). The speed is the same for both, DDR400

If any old DFI Lanparty Ultra D wizards can post some basic overclocking settings as well, it would help. I've been able to overclock every AMD or Intel CPU I've had since '98, but the DFI board, as Baz has already mentioned, is extremely picky about its RAM and subsequent timings. I have a matching pair of G.Skill 1gb sticks and an Opteron 144, and that setup previously did 2.7ghz on a crappy Asrock board, so I am perplexed why the DFI won't do even 2.2 without failing to boot.
