DFI AK75EC MB / LeadTek GeForce2 - Video Signal Problem

Check this one out - any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've put many of these together in this combination with no problems.
DFI AK75EC motherboard
AMD Duron 950
LeadTek GeForce 64mb or 32mb video cards (tried both) - AGP
512mb pc133 sdram
etc.

Anyways, on one of these systems, I can boot it up, be on it (doing whatever) with no problems,
no matter what length of time, then shut down and turn it off.
If I go back even 5-10 minutes later and try to boot it up, it does not beep (post) and it
does not send a video signal (no signal message on monitor). It's totally a hit-or-miss thing!
Sometimes it is fine and other times it will not post.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?
I don't believe it to be a video card issue, b'cuz I've tried several cards, including a PCI one.
It doesn't seem to be a heat issue, b'cuz it runs fine when it is booted up.

I am clueless. I'm thinking it is something with the motherboard, but I don't know if it is just
some BIOS setting or flash update that will fix it or something. I'd like to find out before I
go and swap out the motherboard and find out that's not it.

Any help would be great!!

What power supply you using? Is it 300watts or more?

If not ps then it might could be fixed with a bios update on the motherboard. Double check the wires running to mb.

I remember there being a msi similar board that a bios update fixed (for the most part).

Still it sounds like a ps problem. Put board in another if you have an extra case sitting around.

I will check into that. It will still power on, just won't post (I think I'm saying that right!?).

It is 300w power supply.

I had updated to the latest bios also and it did not fix the problem.
