Hey, I did forget to ask... Have you looked at the plot of Best RMS? While there isn't as much activity as I would really expect, I think it is showing us that
Howard was right about Best values not 'getting stuck' It's on the Best RMS Plot tab

who's installed new clients over the time period?

Come on, folks, let us know if you've installed/reinstalled DF during the time period of the graph. If you did, approximate dates (please state how sure you are of these dates) would be helpful too.

We'll be able to cross-index that with the chart and production too to get some meaningful stats.
