I just wanted to say thnx to DevilsAdvocate!
He represented me and my fiancee 🙂 in family court this past Monday.

A few months ago my fiances ex-BF filed for full custody of the baby and demanded child support. Keep in mind this guy:
1) Is an illegal in the U.S. with no way ever of obtaining citizenship
2) Sells drugs
3) Has never seen his daughter in 5 1/2 yrs
4) Has never attempted to help out financially (for diapers, formula, etc..)
5) Broken into ex-GF house

The list goes on...

We didn't have alot of money, and my fiancee was getting screwed financially by another lawyer.

Then one day I sold a couple of PSP games here on AT, to DevilsAdvocate. Upon dropping them off at his office, thats when I learned he was a family law lawyer. I proceeded to explain our situation and he agreed to take our case for a very very small fee. Without even needing to see a judge, DevilsAdvocate was able to nail my fiancee's psycho ex-BF to the wall. We got everything we wanted and couldn't be happier.


Her ex-BF has to:
  • Pay retro child support for the last 5 yrs with 7% interest..... 😀
    All visitations have to be supervised at a county run facility... which he has to pay $50/visit
    Mother gets Sole Managing Conservatorship

Now my fiance, fiancee's daughter, whom I consider my daughter and calls me "papi" 🙂 and I, can move forward and not have to worry about her ex-BF taking her away from us. He's an international-flight risk since he is not in the U.S. legally.

To top it all off, DevilsAdvocate even threw in a free Lian-Li case! Hows that for a Hot Deal! 😀

All in all, I couldn't be happier and look forward to trying to repay DevilsAdvocate for all he has done.

Went to court and DevilsAdvocate demolised fiances ex-BF lawyer

Gave me a free Lian-Li Case!!!

EDIT: Due to the overwhelming responses via PM's from the spelling Nazi's 🙂, I corrected fiance to fiancee... now stop sending me PM's! 😉
 
For a lawyer, he seems to be an alrighty guy. 😉

Seriously though, always nice to see the community help each other out.

heh, im a lil slow. saw that and for a second there and thought to myself 'district attorney for elite'? 😕
