Device Drivers for Plustek OpticPro U12B Scanner?

I could really use some help. I upgraded to Windows 2000 and I don't have the updated drivers to allow my scanner to work in the new system. I've tried to access the Plustek website but I'm beginning to think they went out of business. If anyone possibly knows of a solution, I'd really appreciate it. I don't want to have to buy a new scanner! Thanks for all your help in advance!🙁

do a search on yahoo for the driver
just type in
windows 2000 driver plustek *model number*

i found it for a friend a few weeks ago, bt dont have it now!

edit...just found it here

now, youll need the serial number on the back of the scanner itself, sometimes it doenst work, so youll have to call customer service at plustek at (925) 453-8911 for a new serial number. worked for me.

Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately, I've already tried that. Everytime I attempt to download from their server, it comes back busy. I've already tried it numerous times on various days over a period of weeks. That's why I think they've gone bye bye. I guess I'll try calling the number and find out for sure... but if someone knows of a driver archive out there or has a personal copy, that'd be a lifesaver. =) Anyway, thanks again!
