Device changed IRQs by itself ???

I have a professional audio card that was giving me blue screens due to IRQ conflicts.. it was on IRQ 17 along with my nVidia 7900GT.. not good. After a reformat, somehow the audio card wound up on IRQ 16 by itself, and everything was stable when working on music.

Now.. WITHOUT ANY HARDWARE changes, the audio card has miraculously jumped to IRQ 17!! Blue screens are back. Why would it do this??

Someone PLEASE give me a WinXP hack that somehow lets me change device IRQs manually.. I can't deal with the blue screens.
