Developing easy updatable database for a customer?

I have a website for a friend that is in progress @ My Favorite Martin Guitars.com. My only problem with the website is that he is constantly changing the inventory - and has no way to do it without calling me and saying "Hey change this and that" which is a pain in the butt for both of us. I'd like to be able to develop something so that he can easily update a database w/ no knowledge of HTML. What's the best way of doing this?

If you need an incentive i'll pay someone $20.00 to help get this working.
I know it's not much - but i'd like to buy whoever lunch for a couple days for the favor.

I'd appreciate any help,

- RJ

Simple web front-end interface with fields to fill-in. I know ColdFusion can do this very easily. But sorry, $20 won't nearly cover the cost of developing it.
