Obligatory

I work 8-5 Monday through Friday, with an hour off for lunch. Rarely overtime (only for a couple days one time, and that was only like an hour over).

40-43 hours/week unless we're on an upgrade/new implementation.

we had some DBA guys work Fri noon - Sunday 3pm straight a couple of weekends in row

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM daily, Monday to Friday. I've worked a bunch of 12 hour days in a row in the near past due to trying to get some buggy software fixed, though.

Usually 8:30-5 every workday, rarely any overtime and never on weekends...

Agreed. Every hour over 40 I work essentially lowers my pay rate. Not saying that I don't do it, but only if absolutely necessary.

8 - 4:30

Only have to stay late if I we have a deadline. I don't get paid overtime though. I get credit hours.
