Deus Ex: Invisible War Textures

I bought Invisible War used and never got around to playing it, but I figure it'll kill some time until the Witcher update finally gets released. I've heard of people installing high-res texture packs, but when I went looking I found more than one. Anybody feel that there's a particular one that's better than the rest? Any other mods/patches I should definitely install before I play?
