Being from Detroit, I hold my head in my hands when I watch the Lions play! At least the Red Wings can still score at will on anybody!!

I'm driving up to Detroit on Friday to watch the Red Wings take on my team, the New Jersey Devils.

I do believe one of our Esteemed Elite Members, WingznutPEZ is a big-time Detroit Red Wings fan. He's been quiet as of late, though. Great guy.

<< Montreal who? >>

THE CANADIENS!!!!!!!!!! They just picked up Donald Audette, the last missing ingredient they needed. Now they're bringing the CUP back home.

I don't find it something to be proud.

I might ask WTF's with 3-0-1.
you should be wearing a bag over your head.

Just because we have

Yzerman
Shanahan
Hasek
Hull
Chelios
Federov
Robitaille

Doesn't mean we have ALL the good players...

:)

I'll be at the games tomorrow and Tuesday

Redwings have been great so far but it's too early to outright say they will win the cup.

It's always too early to tell that they will win unless it's 3-0 in the Stanley Cup finals, 5-0 with 10 seconds to go in the final fourth game :)

Devils all the way! As soon as we get out of the basement.. heh heh hehhhhh...

The Redwings do look good this year. Looks like buying every free agent might work for them like the Avs.

They have won some close games this year though and I can't say I have really seen them dominate a lot this season. I can only hope that Scotty will give them time to take their naps.

Baby steps first Isles fans...

The Isles haven't beaten "my" Caps in years... I've been to Nassau Coliseum for every one of their meetings and I come outta there a happy guy EVERY time... Bondra's murdered them every time too. BUT at least this Tuesday night's meeting will be more competitive...

Detroit still has the best record in the NHL (21-3-1-1) after beating the Flames 4-2. Thought everyone should know.

I love the red wings. It was hard to watch them beat the flyers (my hometown team) in the stanley cup like 5 years ago.

Yeah, they're no dynasty, though. The Oilers of the 80's have to be the best Team ever to play in the NHL. Any of these guys look familiar?

Grant Fuhr, Wayne Gretzky, Mark Messier, Glenn Anderson, Charlie Huddy, Jari Kurri, Kevin Lowe, Andy Moog, Bill Ranford, Paul Coffey, Lee Fogolin, Randy Gregg, Pat Hughes, Dave Hunter, Dave Lumley, Kevin McClelland, Willy Lindstrom, Dave Semenko, Esa Tikkanen, Mike Krushelnyski, Jeff Beaukeboom, Kelly Buchberger, Craig MacTavish, Steve Smith, Craig Simpson, Marty McSorley, Kent Nilsson, Craig Muni, Joe Murphy, Martin Gelinas, Adam Graves, Mark Lamb, Petr Klima, Dave Brown.

McSorley was a mother fvcker wasn't he?
