Detonator XP Released Supporting Windows XP

Yikes! I can't even get to the main page and I have DSL. They are getting seriously pounded.

Refresh rate problem still there and the little refrate rate fix program no longer works either. In my case at least it doesn't even recognize that the card had an nvidia chipset so even though it will run in compatibility mode it is useless. I cant play games with a 60Hz refresh rate ... unacceptable.

Suffice it to say, I'm back in Linux.

MiExStacY: What problems are you having installing? You'll need to have administrator level access and just double click the exe that you downloaded and it should do the rest.

I cant find the *inf file for the new detonator... i am thinking of going back to 1470 and giving it a try since there is an inf file for XP driver information...
what i am planning is to erase all the lower refresh rates and keep 85hz and above on the file.

bah! nevermind... those settings arent opengl... only desktop settings

why is it that nvidia overlooked this problem? I remember having this same problem when windows 2000 was just released back then...

They've split the displays in TwinView. I do not have to run the same resolution, color depth, nor refresh rate on each display. To date, only Matrox was capable of "separating" the displays in Win2K.

Woohoo!
