I hope it fixes the texture filtering corruption when multisampled FSAA is enabled on the GeForce 3.

I never have any problems with vsync or overclocking any drivers.
Skipped over these and went straight to the 12.60's.
Working fine, and have total control of all settings.
Download nvtweak.zip, and it contains a couple reg files.
I use the one for 6.xx drivers and it correctly works with any of these newer versions.

You can temporarily get it here: nvtweak.zip

Try this to reenable CoolBits:

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\NVTweak

In this section, create a new DWORD value called "Coolbits" (without the quotes) and set the DWORD value to 3. Close regedit and hit F5 to refresh the registry and you should be all set.

This was passed on to me, it worked, so...

I downloaded them and ran 3D Mark 2000 and 2001 for benchmarks. 2001 scores when up and 2000 scores went down. Hey, isn't that the story of nVidia drivers:p
