Detecting all 4 gigs in x64

Running 4 gigz of OCZ RAM
Lanparty sees all 4 or pretty close (393xxxkb)
And CPU Z sees all 4 sticks at 4000+MB

But My computer only sees 3.75. I know this is Minor but I want to know where to change the settings to release that other .25

P.s When I had an A8nsli/32 deluxe/premium it didn't do this ... Any ideas?

It's probably reporting the actual ram you can use. I've read that chipsets take their fair share and leave you with the rest. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Are you running 64 bit windows or 32 bit?
