Detached heatsink-help!

Well I just transported a ti200 and when I put it in the red color would not display. I found a heatsink was missing upon examination adn found it outseide the house. Any ideas on how to reattach it?
 
Does it have the push pins that go through the PCB? If so you will want to clean it off, apply some type of thermal compound, and then just pop the pins back through the PCB (they should snap into place). If not, you will need some type of thermal epoxy that "glues" it back to the chip.
