Det. 12.90 Win2k overclocking bug?

Ever since I got my Leadtek GF2MX, I have been running it at 220/210. It has always worked perfectly. So, naturally, the first thing I did in Win2k was to up it to the same level. Suddenly I got a total freeze when moving a window across the screen.

I rebooted, and tried moving a window fast around the screen, and it locked up only after a little while. I understood this had something to do with the Gfx card, so I tried disabling overclocking completely, and the problem went away.

Then I thought, something with the drivers perhaps made it unable to overclock as much, so I tried upping it just ONE MHz over default, and the problem was back! Very strange, if you ask me...

It seems as it doesn't have anything to do with the overclock itself, rather something that happens after the screen has gone black for a sec.. (Which always happens when you activate an overclock).

Any ideas of this very strange problem? It doesn't feel good running at 100% default, when I know this card overclocks with the sliders at its max position...
