I received a motherboard with a broken installation disc,no way to get a another disc;can I go to the site and get drivers even though I have no drivers installed.Also this is a new installation of motherboard.This motherborad is a Gigabyte board:Ga-g3m-s2l
 
Check in Device Manager and see if your Network Adapter is working. If so, then go to their site and look for Downloads and they will guide you through the process of downloading all the needed drivers.

My usual order is to install the Chipset drivers, then Video, then networking, then the rest in any order.

If you don't have any Internet access, then go to a friend's house and use their computer to download the appropriate drivers into your Flash Drive.
