Sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm not a console gamer and I'm not very familiar with Destiny.
Is there an easy way (either in-game or outside of it) to coordinate players for raids?
Here's the deal: I have an 11 year old son who loves Destiny. But he doesn't have any online friends who play the game and as a parent, I've been hesitant to allow him to add strangers as friends (and I haven't allowed in-game communication).
But he's infatuated with these raids. He's watched tons of youtube walkthroughs and badly wants to do them.
I told him if he aced his social studies test I would do some research for him. He got a 91%.
So here I am.
From what he's told me: raids take a long time (2-3 hours to complete), require several players, require communication (to coordinate and get through puzzles....I'd be ok with that even if he did hear bad swears which he hears on youtube anyway...) and are generally very challenging but fun.
Thanks in advance for any advice and assistance you can provide!
