I've entered my code 10 times. One time it took it and let me get to the "confirm download" screen where it promptly errored out.
 
I somehow managed to redeem a code. Trying to remotely start the download to my PS4... can't use anything on it directly...

Yea I can't get the page to load remotely on my phone. My buddy got it working through the ps4.
 
Was finally able to get the download started. If you've managed to enter your code it might have accepted it. Go to the store then games then demos. The first tab is destiny. If its says download you're good to go, if it says not available for purchase you have to go try the code some more.

I don't know why they didn't let you preload this.
 
I managed to get in via the mobile site after trying for like 2 hours. Redeemed a code, then it wouldn't go back and let me start the download. Hopped on my PC at home and it loaded in 30 seconds or so, set it to download remotely so I can watch TV until it's done. Gonna let my PC sit on the download queue page.

edit: after about 3 minutes it says playable. Odd...obviously it's not complete so I'll just leave it.
 
Started the client (just like TeknoBug said), it's downloading now inside the game. 10.97GB in total... I need to keep the console on the whole night to download the game? Really?
 
How the heck do you add it to the download list through the mobile phone? It says redeemed now but it's not in my download list.

You need to reload the mobile site and go to your account>downloads. The site you redeem codes in is not the storefront.
