First of all never trust Newegg reviews. The only thing they are good for are pointing out the obvious flaws with the product.

you might get a better deal going dirrectly to Ciberpower.

The PSU in that model is a little weak. Maybe ok with a 9800 GT.

If it were me personally, I would wait for a Dell Outlet coupon for an XPS 630. For maybe 800, you could probably get one with a Q6600/E8400, 3-4GB, 9800 GT. Its a nice model, has a 750W PSU, two PCIe x16 slots, supports up to 8GB of ram, and Q9000 series cpu's. There are 4 internal hard drive bays, too. Very well-designed internally and externally.
