Desktop wireless having internet connection problems

I need help fixing my desktop's wireless connection. I have a d-link WDA-1320 adapter that connects to a D-link router. Today I've had problems with getting my internet to work smoothly as it keeps disconnecting and doesn't work properly. I notice that I get a little message box on the lower right corner of my desktop saying: "There is an IP address conflict with another system on the network".

This is the first time I've had this problem as there are about 6-7 other computers in the house that share the internet, usually not all at the same time. (I think more like 3 at once).

I am wondering what to do to fix this problem? Again I've lived in this house for several months and have never encountered this issue before.
