Yeah, I had it set to not show directories, but that was too much of a pain, and I don't really care if others look at stuff. Knock yourself out. 🙂

The theme is ElWurp, and the wallpaper is Purely Devine (no, really, that's the name). DeviantArt has a lot of good stuff.

You either need a program like StyleXP, or get the uxtheme.dll patch.

StyleXP is easier, but costs money. The patch is free, but is a little more complicated to set up (is still manageable, though). Both accept the same themes.
