desktop table question

ok so have been playing games on pc for 4 years now i have strain in my right hand i want to know what should be the height of the table and position (degree) of my arm on table thnx and sorry i dont know where to post this so posting here

Most tables are ~28" high. Chairs are adjustable. Your elbow should be around 90 degrees. Being able to rest your elbow on an armrest and relax your arm is good. A mousepad with an integrated wrist rest is a nice thing too.

I am personally a fan of trackballs. They're not great for gaming, but for general use, not having to move around your arm relieves stress on the wrist. I have a mouse and a trackball on my desk and switch between them as appropriate.
