Hi folks,

I am wondering if there is a program out there that will not only lock out my computer when im not there, but also prevent it from being shut off. The method I was using before to lock out my computer was to have a boot up pw, and a SS pw. It locked out the computer totally, but didnt change the fact that if it was shut off, anything my computer was doing is obviously stopped.
im sure there is something out there,
thanks in advance

Only a program won't do. It's easy to shut down any computer by shutting off electricity. You'd need a dedicated room (with a lock) and a dedicated electrical line; also a good unlimited power supply unit.

LOL

I guess i should have been specific....a program that will bypass the atx power switch...i know if someone really wanted to shut it off they could just unplug it, but thats not what im talking about. In case of brief electrical outage i have a UPS, but the main thing i had to worry about when im away is someone hitting the power switch or ctrl-alt-del...i know its possible to block that through software, I just need to find it....anyone with intelligent advice out there?
