Desktop screen lines and freezes

Hi, I have my desktop with this line and for a few moment it freezes completely, what is wrong?

More than likely, video going out.

If you use a video card, you should try replacing it.

If integrated, try to run a memory test (Windows Memory Diagnostic, or memtest86+), first.
 
If I saw that on a laptop, I'd immediately think that the LCD panel needs to be replaced. I'd test it with an external display to see if it was replicated, and when it wasn't (not sure I ever came across an example of this where it showed up on external video in about 3 years as a hardware tech), I'd replace the display panel.

So test with another monitor if possible, but I'd say your monitor is going bad.
 
More than likely it is bad video. It does look similiar to a bad panel like cl-scott suggested but a clue is the "D" Characters where dashes should be.
 
I tested it on tv screen, still the same, but I do have spare ram, when I change it, it's ok, but a few minutes it shows up again

hi what does the "D" characters mean? saw it too and since u mention it might as well ask you, seems kind of strange, don't normally see that when booting normally
