Desktop Motherboard for Mobile SNB?

Given the advantages that the mobile Sandy Bridge has over the desktop version (especially for something like an HTPC), it sure would be nice if a vendor made a Micro-ATX or Mini-ATX desktop motherboard with an HM67 or QM67 PCH, etc. Basically a laptop motherboard in a desktop form factor. Does Intel have some agreement that prevents motherboard manufacturers from releasing such an animal?
