Does anyone know why windows randomly changes my desktop icons back to the default windows xp ones after a little while of using a theme and its icons? Sometimes it leaves them for an hour or maybe a day before making them default again.
 
So I assume you leave the machine on 24x7? Is this a windows theme or some other window blinds software?
 
Its not on 24/7 but a good majority of the day. Its just a normal windows theme through uxtheme.dll or that old patch that was replaced by style xp.
