Desktop (HTPC) case, but for a Gaming Rig?

I'm wondering if anyone is using a desktop (htpc) style case, instead of a tower, for an SLI gaming rig? If so, which ones are you using?

I'm not SLI yet (no need for games I play), but the SIlverstone LC-17 makes an excellent Desktop (HTPC) style case: Has plenty of fans (2x80mm rear, 1x80mm side, 2x80mm front), plenty of internal drive bays (6x3.5", 2x5.25"), and overall just great quality. Price is not too bad either.

I'm looking for the same style of case. I didn't realize they made any like that with full-size ATX support! Thats pretty sweet.

Only thing is, I really want 120mm case fans only. I got a damn 60mm that I just unplug in this piece of crap case cause its so loud. I'd like to have a ncie small but quiet and cool case. So I think 1 120mm exhaust and 1 120mm intake would be best for cooling noise ratio.

Anything similar to the Silverstone but with 120mm only fans?

I need a minimum of 1 external 5.25 bays, and a minimum of 2 internal 3.5 bays. I'd need a minimum of 3 PCI/PCIX slots as well. No PSU either. Damn... if only that LC17 had 120mm!

edit: Or even a smallish sleek case like that Silverstone but in a mini-tower form.

Plus there doesnt seem to be any buyer links for that case.

is your heart set on non-mATX? Cause Monarch has the eVGA (Jetway OEM) mATX SLI board for sale. And the Aspire Qpack is nice when you dump the crappy stock PSU and add a Enermax Liberty.

bump

I am very interested in going desktop for my next case. Was wondering if any of the tech sites have done a comparison on ATX desktop cases. My greatest concern is room to fit components and cooling.
