Desktop Backgrounds - Two monitors

I am using NView and can have two different backgrounds, one for each monitor. However, can I change the background color as well?

I have a picture that is white, so I want the color around the background picture to be white, but on the other monitor, I have a grey picture, and I want the color around this background picture to be grey.

Any tips?

This is not General Hardware related.
