Desktop background fading

I saw this on a G4 iBook, but I don't know if it was standard with OS X or if the person had a program to do this. While he was actively using the computer, the desktop background would fade/blend into another image. It looked like it was cycling through a number of images. Is there anything like that for the Windows side of things?

This thing puts all the active windows in one screen to cycle through, but not the background.

Its a setting in OS X. You can have the background change every hour, half hour, etc.

Yup it's an OSX thing and I don't think anybody has anything like it for windows.

There's an app called WinExpose that does it pretty well, I think.

I really want that background changing feature. Do any of the vista users know if it's available?
