desk chair sucks

wtf? my desk chair that is only a few months old (and I paid about $200 for) is wobbly and pitches forward, so i feel like i'm gonna fall out.

this is ridiculous. i should have just stuck with a cheap chair instead.

home. i do have the same chair at work though but haven't had it as long. that one seems to be ok so far.

Have you checked to see if the bolts/screws need to be tightened?

I have a really comfortable chair at work, but for some reason it needs to be tightened about every 3 weeks.

i took the base off and found my problem. it looks like part of the welding or something broke off. its an office max branded chair so i sent them an email to see if it was possible to get a new base.

well, office max replied to my email.
a company names Numark Industries makes these chairs for them so I have to call them. Apparently they don't have a website or anything and they're only open until 5 PM EST.

I'll have to call from work I guess because I don't get home until after 5:00.

Anyone able to find any info on them or know of any other places I might be able to get replacement parts from?
