Game is releasing on July 27, so between now and then I'd look for the best deal on these parts:

5770 GPU
Gigabyte or ASUS motherboard
4 GB G.Skill RAM
Decent PSU and case
You will max out SC2 with that, unless something drastically changes between beta shut down and release (unlikely). I easily max SC2 on my 4870 at 1920.
