its their body they can have it cut up if they want, and i was being sarcastic, i really couldent care less about this, but i do prefer a neat and non beef liped vag
 
Well there are some women who after giving birth the labia becomes extremely stretched out. We call those Chicken Lips. These women can definitely benefit from the reduction surgery. And then there are women who have had more than one child and the vagina becomes loose, and they can benefit from it being tightened, especially those who have had to have and episiotomy and have loose scar tissue down there.

 
I've known a few girls that were actually REALLY self-conscious about this...if it makes them more confident then I say why not. In the end a lot of plastics done on normal people is about improving mental health.

How is that a bigger problem than doing the equivalent to males, circumcision, which is fairly routine and prevalent?
At least these women have a choice in the matter.

Of course they're going to be self conscious about it now that eveyone is going around talking about how gross "roast beef" is.
It's quite sad that americans have become accustomed to small lips, as only does american selectively choose pornstars with small lips.
No other country selectively chooses girls in the adult industry based on how their lips look like.
