Deposit Money is Swiss Bank acct#XXXX. How do these things work

It used to be that Swiss banks have very high privacy policies and thus would protect criminals from being prosecuted. To clarify - if investigators try to look up info about your bank account or your indentity, Swiss banks won't allow it. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. But, the misconception is strong enough that moviemakers can get away with it.

They work like every other bank account works. You wire money you wire money. Not a big deal, and wires are highly overrated. Switzerland used to have some of the most private and stringent secrecy laws regarding banking in the world. Now most countries in the Caribbean pwn them.
