Deploy Windows update 4.5

Hello
I have some software (malwarebytes enterprise) that needs Windows installer 4.0 installed on client machines before I can put it's install.

There are approximately 50 client computers that need the update. WSUS does not have the package to install because its not considered an update.

I have found only .msu files to install. Is there a way using gpo to push this out as msu?
