Thats kind of why I liked growing up in Minnesota and Wisconsin, winter wipes them out in bulk every year.

There's still plenty in Madison.

Ask yourselves, how many people do you know that are one to two paychecks from being on the street? I'd be willing to bet that number is mighty low. In the world I inhabit, the number of people that situation describes the vast majority. I don't have anything against those with money (Iwish I had some) I just get annoyed that those with money tend to think those without just aren't applying themselves when they haven't experienced the problems and roadblocks to success that the majority of Americans face.

You're kidding, right? Giuliani didnt solve homelessness, he just swept them under the rug.

Exactly. Giuliani never had a solution for anything until 9/11 happened, (I imagine he was able to muster some serious support on that...)

When I first read the title I thought the city was putting up meters on spots so that the homeless had to pay to sleep there. hahahah

Yeah but it dwindles a lot in the winter. Btw have you seen Piccolo Pete lately, didn't see his orange jump suit this year. Come to think about it, haven't seen scanner Dan either, but I also don't ride the bus anymore.
